League Membership Application

If you would like to sign up for the Viera East Men's League, you may do so on this form. The annual dues are $45 and the weekly prize fund is $5. There is also an optional 'CTP' game on all par 3 holes that is an additional $2. A Gross and Net Skins game is also available most of the time. After this application is processed, you will receive a welcome email. Dues payment must be made before signup and play. If you have not paid, please drop a payment by the pro shop or contact Glen Tarsha Glent_9@msn.com via email to arrange payment. You will not be able to sign up to play until after you have paid.
